Every Australian state runs its own real estate licensing framework. Here's the quick reference for getting started — and stepping up.

01

NSW

02

03

Queensland

04

WA, SA, ACT, TAS, NT

Each state and territory has its own framework — typically a registration-level certification for entry and a full licence for principal work. We can point you to the relevant RTO and short course.
